There are 3 different types of Frenzied Hempseed Groundbait available in the range. The first of these is the Match Original mix. This is a highly active mix consisting of lots of fine particles. The mix ensures that you’re never at risk of overfeeding the fish in your swim, whilst still introducing the kind of attraction that you need to keep fish grubbing around for extended periods of time.

The Match Original is excellent when mixed in dry with other groundbaits as it ups the activity of any groundbait mix to which you add it. By mixing it damp you can ensure a quicker breakdown under the water for the more immediate release of attractants through the water column, allowing you to customise this response you get to your needs. This is a mix that is perfect for use with either a pole or a feeder when you’re match fishing and it is ideal as a base for a silverfish mix, whichever venue you’re targeting.

The second mix is Dynamite Baits Frenzied Hempseed Groundbait in Match Black. This has the same construction as the Match Original mix but this time is comes in a dark black colour. This makes it an ideal choice for use on clear venues, where a light bait can easily spook the fish as it exposes them to potential predators. The dark colour of the bait will give your fish the confidence to come out of their hiding places to feed. This is a highly effective bait, whether used alone or mixed with other groundbait. When mixing this bait, not only does it add the activity the hempseed can provide but it also gives your bait the vital colour that you need when fishing clear waters. The Match Black is effective when both pole or feeder fishing and, by varying the amount of water you add to this mix you can manipulate its properties to suit your needs.

The final mix in the Dynamite Baits Frenzied Hempseed Groundbait range is the Specimen Mix. The particles in this mix are slightly larger than those in the Match Original and Match Black editions, in order to tempt in the slightly larger specimen fish – as well as to keep them active and feeding for longer. This is a mix that is perfect for use in both pole and feeder fishing and, like the other baits in the range, you can modify the breakdown rate of the mix by increasing or reducing the amount of water you add to it. It is also ideal for use either on its own or as an addition to any other groundbait mix, as it not only increases the food value but also ups the activity levels of any bait it is mixed with.
