• KHV - The health of our fish is top priority and in order to ensure this all nets, weigh slings and stink bags, etc, must be totally dried in sunlight before being brought onto the fishery.

• Guests may not be on the venue until 09.30 on your arrival date, no prior visits and you cannot occupy swims until 10.00. On the day of your departure you must be clear of the swims by 10.00.

• 10 mph is the maximum speed once you are in the gate. • Zig rigs and maggots are only allowed 1st Nov to end of Feb.

• No Drones.

• No OMC Magic Twig or similar.

• Do not rest/lean anything on the otter fence.

• Bait Boats and baiting poles are allowed but must be used sensibly.

• You must use sensible amounts of bait. Use particles sparingly. Most successful parties use modest amounts of bait.

• Only those persons fishing may attend – no visitors.

• Do not leave rods unattended. If you are fishing towards any kind of hazard, including thick weed and pads, it only takes a moment off the rods to get a fish unnecessarily tethered or a rod taken in.

• If you get a fish snagged up please be patient. In the event that you cannot make any progress after a long period of time please call Yateley Angling on 01252 861955. They will call a bailiff.

• Dogs are permitted on the venue but they must be with the owner at all times and not just roaming the site. If your dog won’t stay with you, please don’t bring it. Clean up their mess and remove from the venue. If your dog Barks a lot or causes a nuisance to other anglers you will be asked by the bailiffs to remove it.

• Toilet facilities are provided and MUST be used. Please leave them as you find them.

• No tree climbing.

• Bailiffs have the right to ask to examine any vehicle on the venue to ensure fish are not being removed, illegally transferred or stolen; this will be done in the presence of the permit holder. Refusal to let your vehicle be examined will lead to immediate loss of your permit. We will prosecute those involved in illegal fish moving.

• Litter including cigarette ends will not be tolerated on the Fishery; all litter is to be removed from the venue. Guests are responsible for all litter in there swims, if any member is found with litter in there swim they will be asked to remove it.

• Guests are not allowed to be a nuisance to other members IE playing a radio that can be heard outside their own swim, shouting or making a loud noise with any personal media equipment.

• Guests are not allowed to tread down bankside vegetation, cut trees or dig out the ground without prior permission from the baliffs. The lighting of fires is not permitted on the complex. However, you may use a BBQ if it’s all taken home with you. Do not empty ash over the fence.

• Guests are not allowed to swim or bathe in any venue water. Responsible marginal wading is permitted for maintenance and freeing tethered fish only. Anyone going out too deep in chest waders and taking any risks whatsoever will be banned.

• No bringing onto the venue any fish or fish spawn, including any fish intended for live bait.

• No bent or long curved shank or double hook rigs to be used.

• All fish of whatever size and species must be treated with the same respect.

• Guests may fish with rod and line only and not by any other means, no nets are to be used other than landing nets and keep nets, no carp or catfish are to be placed in keep nets under any circumstances.

• All fish landed are to be returned to the water as soon as possible, keeping fish out of the water for extended times is not acceptable.

• Bailiffs are authorised to confiscate the permit of any permit holder who is considered to be endangering their own or any other person’s safety, by being under the influence of alcohol, drugs, solvents, etc and to remove them from the fishery.

• The retention of carp by any means other than landing net is banned. The Possession of carp sacks is also banned on this venue. You may use a floating retainer to weigh fish only.

• The Land Owner will not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any guest’s vehicle or property however caused while guests are using the fishery.

• All guests must have a suitable weigh sling and padded unhooking mat to deal safely with carp over 40lb. This will preferably be a 'captive' mat with soft sides. Landing net to be a minimum of 42" and soft mesh. Carp care product and forceps or similar must also be carried. Bailiffs will advise if your tackle is inadequate.

• All rigs must allow the lead to easily break away in the event of a mainline breakage. Helecopter rigs must use the Korda bead with the slot, ESP tapered bead on silicone sleeve or other very similar method where the top bead easily comes off and is not impeded by a mainline knot to leadcore. No side-pierced rubber beads straight onto leadcore, etc. Rigs may be checked by bailiffs. • No braided mainline. Mono mainline must be a minimum of 18lb.

• A maximum of three rods may be used.

• The landowner reserves the right at its absolute desertion to amend the rules at any time when and where it feels fit.
